Step 1. Strategy Planning

To start things off, we will host sessions with you to better understand your business, services, and/or products, and your ideal target market. This will assist us in developing a suitable and tailored marketing strategy and messaging to achieve maximum results.

Step 2. Research & Analysis

We will then conduct a full in-depth analysis of your website health, including keyword and competitor research, current search engine ranking versus competitors, social media platform presence, and current engagement if existing. Once we have completed the process and documented our findings, we can begin developing a tailored marketing plan and strategy unique to your business. This is an ongoing effort that will be frequently reviewed and updated.

Step 3. Search Engine Optimization

You can leave the SEO of all your website’s elements (all pages’ content, products, and services) up to us. Our full in-depth analysis will help us determine the best way to optimize every element of your website (keywords, phrases, search terms, titles, alt tags, etc.) for superior online presence and organic reach. This is an ongoing effort and will not require your input.

Step 4. Website & Online Shop Management

We will manage your website and online shop, from plugins, creating new pages, alteration & updating of all pages, images, pricing & descriptions to the SEO of existing and newly added products/services. We will collaborate with you to understand when you would like to add new products and/or services or simply make changes.

Step 5. Content Creation

We will design enticing visual content and do all copywriting & content writing for all posts on your social media, online shop, and email campaigns. We will work closely with you every month to create a ‘content schedule’ which outlines what content you would like posted across all mediums over the period of each month. If you would like to update this schedule, we will gladly do so.

Step 6. Social Media Management

We will manage your social media profiles by means of posting and editing the content on your pages and sharing it with relevant groups at optimal times. Also includes but is not limited to the management of your online community, answering page messages, and comments, tracking of metrics, and top-performing posts.

Step 7. Social Media Paid Advertising

If you would like to boost (pay) to advertise your posts to a wider audience for increased awareness on Facebook and Instagram, we are happy to collaborate with you to ensure the optimum (targeting and audience) criteria are set up and selected prior to boosting.

Step 8. Search Engine Paid Advertising

If you would like to run paid advertising campaigns on Google or other search engines, we will design the campaign and create the ad copy and use the data we collected during step 2 to ensure the correct keywords are utilized in the advert.  We will also monitor and track ad performance for continuous improvement. All we require from you is to let us know what service/product you wish to advertise, the duration of the ad, and how much you are willing to spend.

Step 9. Lead Generation

Our founder, Jarryd, has been working in a complex sales and business development capacity for more than a decade and has spent years of his career honing his skills in lead generation and qualification. We will perform lead research and generation activities to find the most relevant and quality prospects (consumers and businesses) and create structured lists for your sales and marketing initiatives.

Step 10. CRM Management

We will set up, customize and manage a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool of your choice. We are well versed in HubSpot and Salesforce but are happy to take on any CRM you might use currently. All your existing and new customers (contacts) and prospects (leads) will ‘live’ inside the CRM and will be used in your sales and marketing initiatives.
